Return & Warranty Policy

At Domingo Watch Co. LLC, we take pride in the quality of every watch we offer. Please review our return and warranty policies below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To request a return, please email domingowatches@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Return requests submitted after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The watch must be 

unworn, unused, and in original condition

The watch must be returned in its 

original packaging

, including all accessories, tags, manuals, protective materials, and any other items included with the purchase.

The watch must show 

no signs of wear, sizing, scratches, damage, or alterations

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a warranty issue or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Domingo Watch Co. LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

After your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

12-Month Warranty

Every watch purchased from Domingo Watch Co. LLC is backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you believe your watch has a warranty issue, please email domingowatches@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.

Once your warranty claim is approved:

Domingo Watch Co. LLC will provide or reimburse the cost of return shipping.

Repairs or replacements typically require 

10–14 business days

. If replacement parts must be ordered, processing time may be extended, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Water damage resulting from improper use or failure to ensure the crown is fully secured

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

Lost or stolen watches
